Anchors Aweigh!
Den of Lost Thieves delights riders around the world. With its
interactive game elements, cartoon-style design, lively characters and
music, this ride follows the design concept of The Great Pistolero Roundup
but features colorful pirates and bristling
British naval officers–whose ship has been robbed of all its treasure.
The 14-scene ride takes visitors on
a wild chase through the pirates’ secret island in search of the hidden
booty . . . whenever a target is hit, your score goes up!

Designed to Fit: While most locations are either easily
modified or custom-built for the ride, Indiana Beach is another
story! The old dark ride building was altered several times
previously and a major redesign of the track and scenic components
was needed. Extensive roof decor was created for the Den of
Lost Thieves rides at both Indiana Beach and
Wildwood. Colorful, oversized
scenic elements, pirates and Admiral, together with comical
soundtracks and lively music, draw attention to the ride. |
